Easy to use, made signing simple

Needed to get some documents signed for my side hustle, so I tried signNow. Honestly, it was super easy. Just uploaded the PDF, added the signature fields, and sent it out. Didn't have any trouble with it at all. The mobile signing app worked great too when I was out and about. Everything just worked, which is all I really wanted. Definitely made things less of a headache.

Decent deal for a beginner

I was looking for something affordable to manage a few legal documents and saw the signNow free trial. After that, I opted for the annual billing to get the discount – it was way cheaper than paying monthly. It felt like a good chunk of change upfront, but it pays off over the year. The bulk send feature was really useful for getting multiple things out at once, which saved me a lot of time. For the price I paid, it felt like good value for someone just starting out and not wanting to break the bank.

Good for documents, support could improve

I purchased the signNow annual plan to help with client contracts, and overall, it's been a solid tool. The e-signature process is straightforward, and the custom branding for documents is a nice touch. It integrated fairly well with my existing cloud storage, which saved some headaches. My main issue was when I had a question about setting up a more complex role-based signing order; customer service took a bit longer to respond than I expected, and the initial answer wasn't super clear. It got sorted out, but it wasn't as smooth as the rest of the experience. The value for the annual plan is definitely there compared to monthly, though.

how does signNow compare to DocuSign? I've used DocuSign before but signNow seems cheaper, wondering if it's just as good.

J Joseph M. 2 weeks ago
I switched from DocuSign to signNow last year. Honestly, for basic e-signatures and even some of the workflow stuff, it's very comparable. DocuSign might have more bells and whistles for super complex enterprise needs, but for most businesses, signNow is perfectly fine and saves a lot of money.

DocuSign is more established, but signNow is catching up fast. Interface is clean, and it does what it needs to do. Give the free trial a go and see if it fits your flow.

Are there ever any promo codes for signNow for existing users? Or is it just for new sign-ups?

J Justin H. 4 days ago
Usually, the best deals are for new users or switching to annual billing. I haven't seen many promo codes for existing subscribers, maybe around Black Friday sometimes, but it's rare.

Not really, afaik. Their main discounts are for annual plans or if you bundle with other airSlate products. New user codes pop up more often.

Thinking about getting signNow for my small biz, but wondering if it's actually legit? Like, will contracts signed with it hold up legally?

S Sean S. 1 month ago
Yeah, it's totally legit. I've been using it for a couple of years for client agreements and never had an issue. It creates an audit trail which is usually what courts look for.

It's valid, don't worry. Most e-signature services like this are considered legally binding now, it's pretty standard.

Is it worth it to get the annual plan for signNow? I see they offer a big discount if you pay yearly, but not sure if I'll use it enough to commit.

E Emma 4 weeks ago
Absolutely. I saved like 60% by going annual. If you know you'll use it for more than a few months, it's a no-brainer. You can always cancel before renewal if things change, but you're locked in for the year.

Depends on your usage. If you're just trying it out, monthly is fine. But if you're gonna use it regularly, the annual discount is huge.

Anyone know if signNow is HIPAA compliant? Need to send some sensitive docs and gotta make sure it meets those standards.

L Linda Flores 1 month ago
From what I remember seeing on their site, yes, it is. They mention HIPAA compliance specifically, which is why I picked them over some others for my healthcare forms.

i think it is, but definitely double check their official page to be sure. wouldn't want to mess around with HIPAA stuff.
